Improved formulas, pacing and UI - 1.1.0

Thanks to your feedback, I applied a lot of changes to the formulas and pacing of the game. Now it's faster, more rewarding, and more balanced.

I've also added tweaks to the UI to better understand what each upgrade and skill does.

Lastly, I've added some new skin and eye colors!
