Really fun so far. The S-tree upgrades are a bit confusing, though, and I feel like a non-optimal setup is the only thing keeping me from progressing at around 1e125 SPUs. Maybe incorporate some hints, or allow us to unlock more in that tree earlier?
I suggest showing the formula / next gain requirement for CPU and SPU resets
For anyone stuck after SI2 (after getting the upgrade for an extra S-Branch node), I found a tree build to help push past. Use S1, SX, SX2, S21, S3, and S4. There may be a more optimal build but this worked for me.
Not really a meaningful bug, but in "Dig Your Way Through" there's a way the Destruction Machine can interact with crossing a chunk boundary that can entirely trap you in the new chunk.

Just found a bug involving the in-game movable windows. If you accidentally move them past the top of the screen you can no longer move or close them, meaning they're stuck on the desktop. Same goes for resizing the size button past the bottom of the screen, making you unable to shrink them back.
This causes major issues with the S-Injection 3 since you need to close things to open others, so adding a border to the game space would be very much appreciated, because I pretty much have broken my game trying to find the stars and don't want to have to restart my whole game.

I'm also struggling with the last S3 star. I've found that

is there a discord or anything? i seem to have hit a wall in the hundreds of millions of spu, unable to do injection 5 yet and all upgrades are several orders of magnitude away.

what is the last message ari sends you in the ending? fade to black comes too fast to catch the pre-last message (, barely caught it) and the last just appears when the screen turned to black
