This is such a lovely little game! The atmosphere is great, the music and sounds are lovely, and the gameplay/progression is nice!
A fun little game. I hope more is added.
Neat little game jam incremental, would love to see a longer / more fleshed out version of this with the same excellent theming / vibe.
very nice! I love the atmosphere.
This is an absolute gem of a game. The only gripe I have about it is that it's not longer. I know it was made for a game jam, but holy... if there was ever an idle game that needs to be developed into a full-fledged title, this is it. Outstanding work.
Really good so far, I just wish there was a way to respec a few upgrades and a way to save.
Not bad, until the gate. There's more space below it, so it seems like there's more to the game. It looks like the icon for Souls, and they seem to flow down to it, so I expected that something would happen when a certain Souls total was reached. 10,000? Still nothing, and there was nothing else to do but let the game idle by this point. Much later, I gave up at 100,000
I need this to be 1000x longer
Holy shit, this game is an absolute cinema, love it man!
I'm not being too picky about the time because it was made for a game jam but it is much shorter than expected. The whole thing feels slow up until basically the end of the game, where only did it feel like I was getting somewhere was when I got the upgrade that increased the base value of substance by 10 which proceeded to skyrocket my progression too fast that I finished the game in like 5 minutes after getting the upgrade.
Another thing that bugged me was the bottleneck on collection, you get one upgrade to collection speed from collectors, can get a total of two manual collectors, and 6 automatic collectors and an upgrade that lets you use the manual collectors by holding C. This definitely contributed to how slow the game felt because the floating pile of substance only got bigger as my time progressed on. Besides that all I really had to say is the atmosphere is nice I guess and the music was fine but it got annoying listening to the same track that felt alright to me for 30 minutes in a row.

Oh man I know you had to build it to fit the contest but this came could be so much more.
Wow, this was really cool. I loved it! I would love to see a longer version of this, with more mechanics and prestige layers and everything, maybe even developing a full story. But if that does happen, please make the ending boom in production slower, since it's fun, but not really suitable for a longer incremental game. I would reccomend to explore the story further and expand the game before the gate, and to then implement some sort of prestige mechanic to develop the story even further. Overall, I loved it and see great potential :)
The vibe and pacing are just perfect. I genuinely had to pause my show and move this to the main monitor with how much I was enjoying playing this.
10/10. I want more!

Not bad, needs more upgrade pathsd and could really go far. You kinda stopped after making 90% of the hard part.
i'm digging a hole. diggi diggi hole. sacrificing blood. diggi diggi blood
the uh.. game broke when i pressed esc twice to get out of fullscreen and to pause the game.
5/5 stars. Quick and fun
this was phenomenal! i doubt we'd see an update, but out of any game ive seen on this site, this one deserves one.
The circle in the collector's instructions made me think I had to drag a circle around the sparks themselves ... instead of just holding the mouse button over the collector. There was probably a better symbol that could be used to indicate holding the button down.
Loved it! Wish it was longer <3
