sort: go backWhy are the colors for Ascended Tuna black over dark blue? It makes the button unreadable.
Please, fix the fact that passive generation DOES NOT WORK. The game is excruciatingly slow without them.
Alright, that was pretty short.
As some others have pointed out as well: I'm not a fan of upgrades whose effects are unknown. If it wasn't for UserDidntUnderstand I might've just stopped at ascended tuna.
Was kind of expecting the black hole thing to reset the game's layers, so like a NG+. Not sure if that's what it's supposed to do or not.
ascended tuna upgrades information: midas cat: 100% for prestige points generation. antimatter toys: ^1.2 fish gain. ascended robots: money divide prestige cost, but the base is 500k instead of 50 moneys, formula: money^2/500k (500k is the prestige cost)
soooooo what does the uhhh.... ascended tuna upgrades exactly do?
can someone tell me why the passive money generation isn’t working
Dark text on a dark background is such a fuck you for everyone with eyes :D
cat happy
cat need tuna and hungry
cat happy again
story end
passive generation doesnt work for sh*t
Do I unlock the next layer with fish? With money? WHAT?!
Very rough barebones version of the game, needs so much more polishing and content!
Before continuing I just wanted to state that after a few hours I was nowhere near endgame, I'm not too sure if I missed something or if the game isn't balanced super well, but I could not seem to reach it. I have played through what I believe to be the rest of the content otherwise!
The game poorly explains why you auto earn money and prestige at such high rates, it just sort of happens if you wait a few seconds. Because of this the game becomes too easy, where your actions feel like they matter way less than they should. The best of the best incremental games makes the player feel like they are having a satisfying impact on the game. Be it through upgrades or strategy, the player should feel like they matter. Here I don't, my actions have little impact and there's no real strategy other than waiting a few seconds longer before buying ascension upgrades (upgrades that reset other upgrades ex: ascension tuna) so i can click a few more buttons so number go up barely a little more rinse and repeat.
I whole heartly believe that incremental games do not have to feel like repetitive grinds, they should be able to always feel like a constant satisfying progression, where any waiting feels okay because there are other mechanics or strategies to theory craft during that down time. And by the time the waiting would normally feel bad, the game gives me progress or any sort of active gameplay to keep me going, striking a very nice balance. This game doesn't achieve this balance very well. As stated prior, there isn't much strategy other than waiting which makes the game feel monotonous.
Please explain how much universe upgrades cost! Leaving the player in the dark makes the grind to get these upgrades even MORE monotonous than the gameplay already is, as without knowing how long it will take, a player will create expectations on the grind that'll constantly be broken and make them feel like the rug was pulled from underneath them when it takes longer than they expected. Show the player how much they need for upgrades so they can accurately access and create expectations for progress.
I gave the game a score of two for the reasons listed above, it isn't ridiculously broken as other games on here have been so it gets its bump up to two just for that.
Here are a few suggestions on things to improve/add!:
Slow down the game as a whole, it progresses so fast that all the work you've put in the early game content/upgrades go to waste and are quickly forgotten.
While saying that, please make the end game more accessible! Lowering the amount of fish needed or adding more content that allows players to reach it in a reasonable time would be great!
Add more content, literally anything at all would be very nice!
If possible add some artistic charm! The game looks pretty basic and some brighter colors or pngs or even custom art (No matter the quality) would be very nice to see and helps make your game stand apart from the rest of the slop incrementals on the site!
Maybe try adding dialogue or a very loose story? even some quirky one liners that pop up during certain events (like getting achievements or unlocking new system) would make the experience feel more alive!

While I have my complaints and suggestions, I want to make it clear to the dev that I respect the hell out of you, you went out and created an experience that others can enjoy and no matter the quality you should be proud of that! I only wish for you to improve and get better as an artist/creator! I wish you luck on your future endeavors and hope to come back to this game when more updates are released :3
up to 15 universes, with no sign of anything else coming, that needs to change asap
I think I broke this because I never had exactly 50 money, so prestige didn't unlock for me
So yea, just pressed the prestige button, and didn't get a point. Still at zero. Great game.
Very unbalanced, bought all the stars in 2 resets
Needs a lot more testing by the dev before its ready. Not horrible but lots of bugs and weird balance decisions.
still gettin passive money gen without the upgrade, bug to be fixed
4/5 it's a good start but it has alot of glitches and bugs
i've never played this game before and i noticed that i always passively generate money and prestige points, wanted to let you know.
hello :3
did you fix passive generation yet?
developer response: it should work now :3
The next layer should be visible before it's unlocked, so I can see what I need to unlock it. Ascended tuna upgrades seemingly don't tell me what they do, that is if they do anything lol
