comments for 1 point = 1 layer
sort: go backcan we have something like “points before point loss” so i can see two numbers go up
Beautiful. It's so finely balanced, and obvious just how much you've worked on the maths here. No real timewalls, not a lot of waiting. One of the most active TPT mods I've played. Bravi!
One criticism about this (which comes later in the game and it's just a tiny inconvenience really) is that quirk improvements don't show a red border around the quark tab which means you might do what I did and forget to buy like 7 of them.....
they be done doing anything unique in these tmt mods :sob:
Overall amazing game. don't listen to the people saying it's unoriginal, the twist is fun and it's very active. many of the upgrades and even the function of some layers are fundamentally different. Definitely one of the best tpt mods i've played.
Would be nice if there was a button to distribute robots equally between types, and if available quirk improvements were highlighted in red like upgrades are. It's rather easy to forget about them.
Other than that, it's a fine mod, I'd say that it's just different enough from the original to be worth playing.
balancing is really good. great fun
It's not clear how this is different from the original TPT, except for using a logarithm formula for points and the addition of a donate button.
Why are points rounded to the nearest whole number when they're so slow? If I have 7.53 points and need 7.67 for an upgrade, seeing "8 / 7.67" is not helpful.
developer response: I just released an update for these layers using points, now it says "7.5300 / 7.6700 points"
Time Energy won't have a limit now. Hindrance challenges won't have completions, instead have highest point gained. The Magic & Balance Energy layers are different from the original TPT. The hyperspace buildings won't have a limit, but hyperspace are auto-allocated.
I feel like I already beat this but now it's slower?
Found it to be a pretty interesting remix of TPT and overall pretty fun and balanced. Didn't really ever feel that I had to fully optimize and grind down a certain path to proceed which was nice. The middle layers kinda get skipped through and I never found a use for Ghost Spirit, though it's no big deal. Would be also interested to see what the final mastery for civilization will be.
I like this game A LOT.
alternate title: The Milestone Prestige Tree
I mean... It's good, but it's too bare bones to call it anything but a generic copy.
developer response: The Magic & Balance Energy layers are different from the original TPT.
Prestige Tree, but simpler. I like it. My favorite part is how you can't buy Ghost Spirit until well into Singularity. I kept wondering when it would happen.
Good game
This is a very fun twist on the usual Prestige Tree format. It has plenty of familiar nodes, with a great unique, well-balanced mechanic that kept me engaged through a few days straight of playing just this in the background at work.
Great work on this game!
first ever tpt mod that made me realize why shortcuts are important
After 30 points, this game just became 999 stages of incremental games
most unique tpt mod belike
