if you can't see the wave start button galaxy is probably cutting it off, try expanding, fullscreening, or opening original

This is good enough to get a port to steam. Please do it!

Sidenote: Could you make it so that the Galaxy site expand mode actually fits? It would make the game feel better over here.

developer response: Thank you for the comment, I might port it to Steam someday when I get the time. I've worked a long time on the game and would like to start a new project, and making any changes unfortunately would result in people's saves getting reset (since everything is saved in cache). So unless it's absolutely necessary, I won't update the game before an eventual Steam port. Hope you understand and thank you for playing the game :D Any future release would just contain fixes, and no more additional content.

Thank you for all the comments so far, and for liking the game so much. There's a lot of constructive feedback and good suggestions. Unfortunately, I didn't do enough research on how the game saves data when uploading to Itch (which is where the game is hosted). If I upload a new version with updates, the game will lose its save and add a new path for its saves. This is just how it is on Itch.. Meaning, if I update the game, everyone will lose their progress.

There is a solution for this however, which I didn't research before releasing. But, deploying a fix for this would also reset progress for the same reason. But I would be able to update later without any issue, after the first reset and fix is deployed.

So I have 2 choices:
1. Update the game. This would reset everyone's progress now, but enable me to update more in the future without destroying saves.
2. Leave the game as it is, no more updates, and everyone keeps their progress they have now.

I was leaning towards #2, since I am currently drafting and working on a new project. But I also want to fix all the things you are asking for, and work on improving performance. There's no plans for adding more content however, that's time I'd rather spend on the new project. Thanks for the understanding, and I am so happy that you like it :)

Love me a tower defense incremental, and I am definitely enjoying this one so far, thanks!

Great game and really polished as well. Surprisingly runs really well too even in really high waves. Well paced and has a nice balance between idle and active gameplay.
If I had any suggestions, I'd probably consider a challenge/achievement system where you could play worlds, the game, or segments of the game under certain restrictions. Sort of how Mastery upgrades are locked behind certain thresholds. I'd also consider more menu options such as lowering or removing visual effects for deep runs.

Dude this so cool. I actually went "oh, shit" when the tutorial ended, I saw multiple levels, skill trees, and upgrade trees. Youve got something here.

The game itself can be fun to play, but walking speed is so slow that it actually decreases how enjoyable it is.

Are the icons in the talent tree/soul tree gen-ai? If so, please tag it.

developer response: The icons are from free icon packs I found on Itch 2 years ago that was free to use commercially. There were no info on it being AI generated at the time, but I have trouble finding it again, so I cannot confirm unfortunately. I am very sorry if they are, as I tried to have everything be AI-free in the game.

I've been enjoying the game so far and I've gotten max wave 37 in world 1 and max wave 10 in world 2, however I feel like the game is just really slow. I like having max speedup increased based off of wave reached goals, and I know when you get all of them you'll have a maximum game speed of 400%, however at the point in the game that I'm at it just feels really slow. If I want to get a new max wave on world 1, then I have to go through 40 waves, of which >80% is easy and boring due to my upgrades.

Honestly, I want to play more but it's getting too boring and slow to progress farther. If you do update the game, could you increase the base maximum game speed, increase the maximum game speed from wave rewards, and/or adjust the wave goals for each wave goal? I say this last point because clearing wave 50 is a huge time jump from clearing wave 10.

developer response: Thanks for the valuable feedback. The early game feels a bit slow yeah. You're very close to the point of it going faster though. Once you unlock endless mode for a world, the base duration of a wave goes from 30->10 seconds. And there's a way later to reduce this to 3.33 seconds. And getting the max speed of 300%, you reduce this to 1.11 seconds in real time. So things really speed up later.

But I agree, the early game is slow. However, I fear increasing it would make the game beatable in just a few hours, and incremental games usually last a lot longer than that. It's a give and take, and balancing this is very difficult. Thank you for playing the game :)

for people who can't see the game even when it's expanded try using the tweaks menu and zooming out a bit, it works fine with %90 zoom for me

Just beat the game 100% and got to wave 500+. Really fun time all around. The early game is a tad slow but I definitely was making steady progress and there's a bunch of strategy to what order you buy things. Once you get to the late-game and get masteries rounds become afkable with super fast auto upgrade that reaches everywhere, letting me sit in the middle until I lose, and rounds only last a couple minutes even to 500 at 1 wave per second. The lag is also minimal at deep waves too.

One thing I would suggest is explaining how to unlock mastery upgrades and how to get mastery points as nothing is explained about that ingame, although I read your comment that updating it might kill everyone's saves, which I wouldn't mind as it only took 8 hours to 100%, but I understand that people would get upset at that. I also think that when you get to endgame the Qa and Qi on damage is too big compared to the smaller numbers so you could tone that down a bit, and as an optional nerd bonus, how much damage you do in a run shown at the end.

The game is not mobile friendly much, I'm sad.
Can you add like navigation buttons on screen for mobile users?

Rogue-lite TD with a ton of stuff once you get past the tutorial.

The biggest problem I have is it could be confusing for people because there are a couple buttons you can click to make it full screen, but if you click on galaxy's "full screen" those buttons don't do anything. The game unfortunately also needs to be played fullscreen here to see everything and even start a wave.

These are minor inconveniences that shouldn't take away from the actual content of the game once you figure them out.

I don't really consider TD's as idlers, but I can see why they might be considered that. If you like TD's and active idlers you might like this.

Cool game, happy i clicked on it. I dont know if this is something that the dev intended, but walls are very powerful and pair well with your hero. The first map has a great spot, so your hero can attack any cube thats attacking one of your walls on both lanes. Walls do reflect dmg based on their health, they have a defense stat somewhere and also heal themselves a portion of their health a second no matter what. This makes is so that health maxxing is super easy. I pretty much buy the blue mines and walls, place my hero in the sweet spot and turn on auto upgrade and max speed, then i just chill and make insane progress. Once i lose, i dump everything into building health and anything that buffs walls and my hero then repeat.
