i don't want to spend 300 hours making an incremental just for it to not display on here. my ide is pycharm, and i use pygame to make games.
is it possible to get a pygame game on here?
I believe you need to make the game runnable in the browser to have it be playable here, but you may be able to find a way to put pygame games on the browser (Its out there, just little complicated). I started using pygame to make a ton of games so it has a sweet spot, but for idle games on here I'd recommend trying to learn JS and web development it'll make being bale to post here much easier.
all of the incrementals on here usually originate from a website on a browser, so if u can get said pygame game as its own website on the browser, u can probably display it to galaxy
It seems like there's a few options to get pygame games in the browser such as trinket.io and replit, but those all use their own IDEs. You may want to look into some way to build pygame natively to the browser
At the moment, there aren't any pygame games on the site that I know of, but that doesn't mean it can't be done. Or maybe it does.
Like people have said previously, the only real requirement is that your game can be played within a web browser.
that would be cool
