you can only post here if the last poster's user ID is within 1,000 of yours
here's how to check: click on their username to go to their profile, look at the number at the end of the URL, and that's the user ID (galaxy.click/user/[user ID])
disobedient or deleted messages don't count, they aren't canon
example:
balleater2000 (user ID 2977) makes a post, assuming he is able to by the rule
i am able to make the next post as my user ID (3530) is within 1,000 of balleater2000's, but aneasyusername (ID 4178) wouldn't be able to make a post in the same position, nor could pixelperfect12 do the same (ID 180)
