how to get "new update" thing

in the played games page theres a completion thing for new updates, how do i get that?

From your login menu in the top right corner of a page on Galaxy, click on "Played Games". The list of games has a pair of buttons, a heart and a square. The square is the "mark game as completed" button; when the game is updated, the "completed" indicator will change to a "new update" indicator when you see it around Galaxy.
