For some reason whenever I play on mobile, if a game refreshes it just deletes on my saved data for some reason caused me to have to create constant backups. I wanted to know if anyone else has this bug too.

My guess would be that the browser you're using is configured to not retain any kind of local storage (cookies, web storage API). I don't know what your situation is, but that is not the default way browsers are typically configured, so it must have been changed deliberately. I would try installing a different browser from the app store of whatever your phone's operating system is, firefox or edge would be my two suggested choices, and see if it works on one of those. If it does, it's absolutely a configuration change in the default browser installed on your phone that was done deliberately for one reason or another.
If it STILL isn't saving, it might be something more general, like having no free space on your phone (though browser storage is generally very small and that would indicate your disk is essentially 100% full) or write access being denied at the operating system level, which was almost certainly done intentionally before you got the phone.
