Demo v2 is out. It replaces the old v0.32 build from October, and it's the same build as the new Steam demo.
v2 is a ground-up rework of the first demo, based on the feedback you left on v1. The balance was redone start to finish and the demo is about twice as long. Everyone starts fresh in v2. Old saves wouldn't fit the new balance, and I'm not sure they'd even load.
What's new:
- The demo used to end at quest 31. It now goes to quest 60 and has an actual ending.
- The economy got several full balance passes. Upgrades and quest requirements were all retuned.
- The game has music now.
- Settings got rebuilt: number notation options, audio controls, and a fullscreen toggle that works in the browser.
- You can export and import your save from Settings, handy for backing up a run or moving it between devices.
- You can favorite entries in the collection.
- Lots of smaller fixes: performance work, layout at small window sizes, save reliability, new achievement icons, complete UI revamp in every tab.

A small bug fix update to address an issue with Quest 31 and tease upcoming major content.
