The changes below includes changes from the last 3 patch versions (v1.0.1, v1.0.2 and v1.0.3).
New
- Add 3 tabs to Highscore UI to filter list by All time/Last week/Today
- Add new Graphics quality setting with 3 levels (Low, Medium, High) which adjusts the amount of particles and visual effects in the game to improve performance on lower-end devices
Bugs
- Fix bug where debug menu could be opened by keybinding even if debug mode was not enabled
- Fix bug fetching highscores instead of just filtering records we already had cached
Changes
- Highscore is now calculated based on your total earnings, amount of fish caught and prestige level. You can click on each player name to view their stats like before

Officially releasing this as v1 - the game is quite enjoyable now and stable for the most parts. Please don't hesitate to report bugs or any feature requests in the chat or comments below :)

- Added Highscores feature to compare yourself against other fishers
- Added PP Shop upgrade that makes normal upgrades persist through prestiges
- Added shop upgrade to increase maximum fish in the lake
- Added shop upgrade to unlock Epic and Legendary fish (disabled by default)

- School of Fish now spawns even more fish (from 100 to 200)

v0.15 — 2026-03-10
This release makes quite a drastic gameplay change.
Idle workers now actually catch the real fish you see in the lake.
This should make the gameplay feel more immersive and fun.
A lot of new stuff has been added as well:
New
- Workers now use fish from the lake instead of fishing fake invisible fish
- Fish are now visually dragged toward fishers/boats when caught
- Workers are now movable (cursor changes when hovering over a fisher/boat)
- Moving a worker now shows a range indicator with the max catch radius
- Worker max range can now be upgraded in the shop
- Added double catch feature for workers (upgradable in shop)
- Added overlay/toolbar showing active workers (toggle in Settings)
- Added Prestige Point (PP) system — every 10m converts to 1 PP after prestige
- Added Prestige Shop with permanent upgrades
- Added FINAL END BOSS, spawnable only through the PP Shop
- Fish now show a small trailing wake effect to simulate water movement
- Added additional debug options
- Catching the FINAL END BOSS now catches all other fish as well
- UI navigation buttons gain a slight gold tint after prestige
- Returning players now see a dialog showing the new version after updates
Changes
- Crosshair now uses the native system cursor instead of being drawn on canvas
- WideNet still draws an outer circle on canvas due to native size limits
- Using the Konami cheat code will now appear in stats (hehe)
- Prayer bonus rewards are now much larger (scaled by prestige and lifetime fish caught)
- Workers no longer drift around in the sea after being manually moved
- All worker types can now be disabled by clicking them (not just fishermen)
- Settings and Help buttons in the top navigation are now smaller (icon-only)
- UI sidebar is wider on larger screens
- The old final boss THE REAPER no longer triggers the GAME OVER dialog
- Jackpot Catch now only affects the first fish caught instead of all fish in the next catch (it was too OP)
- The bucket now shows an estimated value of its contents
Bug Fixes
- Prestige fish popping text now appears with gradient color
- Several minor bug fixes and improvements
Other
- Updated text in Help/Welcome dialog
- Codebase rewritten in TypeScript
- Various performance optimizations (moving more work out of the render function)
