heres a way to make this into an incremental should you be interested in doing so: you earn coins from defeating enemies, which are used to buy permanent upgrades that are kept even when you die. also I think there's something wrong with the super-strong upgrade involving logarithms because at stage 12 my multiplier became -infinity and i thanos snapped myself
Not my first run not knowing I needed 3 energy to attack then passing to enemy and them getting two 6 attack dice and dying instantly
crappy rng for the player and god tier rng for the bot (I got 2 1 combat dice out of 16 dice vs the bot getting a 7 combat and a 4 combat)
pretty fun time killer, dice mechanics are intriguing. while meta upgrades could be cool, i also appreciate the simplicity of the game while still allowing plenty of strategy. the only thing i think should definitely be added is some way to see a description of different dice (maybe when they're first added, or hovering over them). it took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out what the scramble dice did.
make the bot more unlucky
This is such an interesting concept! Played yesterday, had a game that lasted 40-50 rounds, really long. Today, lucky to make 5. I don't get how the numbers work but I have a kind of feel for them - but it's terribly punishing and I suspect some balance is still required. Needless to say, MrRedShark came up with a good idea here!

If you poisen the enemy when it gets 1 shot by the poisen it never uses dices and if its field is full but he still has energy he just doesnt do anything meaning your softlocked.
my round one has been going on for at least 20 minutes please help
Some bugs:
Cursed multiplier does not give side progress.
if you have Healthy multiplier and pick cursed multiplier, the multiplier is lowered for one turn then returns to normal.
Scrambler die does not give 4x multiplier when paired with other dice.
Transplant just doesn't work.
Diluted poison has the wrong color text.

made it to round 34, fun consept, looking forward to future updates
Pretty fun game. I really like the dice mechanic. It would be nice if there was a brief description for every new dice added. Sometimes I start the round with 0 energy and sometimes it's refilled so that would be nice to be explained. Also, Metaprogression!!! Would make this game genuinely amazing.
