Well, for something that's seemingly inspired by Ordinal Markup it seems to be less annoying. The startup loop in OM got awfully grating, just terrible.

there's this thing that if you reach 1Ex###2 but then cluster reset it doesn't give you achievement for it, i guess the game only checks for achievements when entering the tab, so there could be an additional check when any reset is done

I've been having fun with this but I hate the numbering system. I can't tell how close I am to the next cascade or deuteric, and the digits get pushed off the side of the screen so I can't read it even if I was able to quickly understand the value. If the UI is allowing that much space, then I'd also like to see more of the content visible at once. Regardless, those are minor and I've been regularly checking back to keep the numbers going up.

So Ordinal Markup but with more colors?
