sort: go backFinished.
That was absolutely awesome, holy hell.
The only minor annoyances were SC Repair 3 (was more annoying than fun, especially when popups obscure important buttons and you have to wait for them to go away) and that the pre-stars portion of the game dragged a little bit. (also i have no idea how the game is 3-4 hours long, it was more like twice that number for me lmao)
But those are just nitpicks-- this was an awesome experience through and through, with one of the cooler endings I've seen in an incremental game.
Absolutely deserved 5 star rating from me, and absolutely deserves its high overall rating.
50k to buy a new pc.. i know this joke is dead but that's what verbalase could have done....
This game is really fantastic. The AD inspiration is really obvious - primarily due to the layout. The layout & color scheme are probably a little too close to AD. As far as criticisms go - thats really the only one I have. This game is fantastic. I really enjoyed playing it. This has instantly earned a top spot in my personal "must-play" incremental games list. Thanks so much for making such a fun game.
I applaud the idea for making some of the repairs (challenges) unique, kind of like a mini-game, but personally SC Repair 3 isn't fun. Even if I somehow build up far enough that the repair is quicker, it still takes a long time because you have to wait for the virus windows to close.
i kinda made the to do.txt like 3 gigabytes
This is a masterpiece for a <1 day game. Great pacing, interesting mechanics, and a definitive finish. 5/5 no notes.
There were moments where I felt like it wasn't clear how to progress, but overall I really enjoyed this. It feels pretty short for an incremental game but there's very little dead time and there's a lot of variety. Hoping you continue to add to this one!
I really liked this game, had to disable skill based challenges for the SC3 one, but other than that it kept me tnertained every step of the way. Thank you, I really enjoyed it.
0/5. Didn't have enough RAM to load this game.
I was enjoying myself until trying the third SC challenge. It's a lot funnier in concept than execution; I can't stress enough how frustrating it is to lose by accidentally clicking on a popup as it's spawning in right over what you were trying to rebuy after getting more computers (the subtabs in particular in the middle of the screen are atrocious). If ALL popups disappeared instantly on buying the black hole once and NO popups could spawn in while the black hole was visible, that might be enough to fix it so you have a reliable means of getting things done on all the other tabs every time you have to reset, but as it is the protection is partial at best and after several tries I'm done with this until something is changed.
developer response: Hey, I'm sorry about the frustration. You can deactivate skill based challenges in the settings and it will allow you to click popups without loosing. I will update the game to make it more clear that this option exists.
Edit: The popups being sucked into the black hole is a good idea I might take into consideration
i got to 1e+100 on the calculator
very fun and grindable i didn't even know what a ram apple was at first and kept trying to click the apple and collect it oml
SC3 wanted to make me ragequit. :(
Good, but 3-4 hours is really optimistic. SC3 is unfun and the game really gets boring and starts to drag around then/space.
such a cool game
SC Repair 3 made me quit. On a laptop trackpad this is basically unplayable.
The game is quite nice. It is great that there is an ending (so it's not YetAnotherInfiniteIncremental), and the general balance is quite okay. There are a few QoL things - black holes timer resets to 0 all the time, which isn't pleasing visually, the solution to sc repair 4 is quite hidden (There is a tip with a number, you should use the calculator with it), upgrade's automaton tends to get stuck, and you cannot restart the game once you win. I believe a 'tips' part for some challenges would be nice. It is a shame that the desktop environment has so little use. Overall, the game is a solid 4.5 - some polish needed, but it is really good.
hey, is nobody gonna talk about how this thing ACTUALLY INTERCACES WITH THE WEBSITE'S CLOUD SAVE FEATURE TO DO AUTOSAVE AND STUFF?
4 hours is probably not a good measure for average player as this took me 4.5 hours to complete. I had few inconsistencies like not grinding super computer restarts before stars which could get me below 4 hours in second playthrough but there is no way someone who is new to incremental gaming who would complete this game in 4-5 hours. SC3 and content after that until star inflation feel very repetitive and boring to go through but other than that this is absolutely one of the best short-ish incremental games among universe shrinker and version control.
i didnt even know that games can autosave in the cloud tabs omg
