There is some lag in collection tab when you have many kinds of card. you can avoid this by moving on other tabs.

how do i get faction power ive stared up the ocean card but havnet gotten any water power.
@WYXkk I just assume there will be equivalents from other factions, so I draw each one equally.
How do you unlock skills?
spladelfreak2 You get faction power simply by continuing to draw cards. It's quite rare once you first unlock factions, but it'll come in soon enough.
I also assumed that first, but then I find some factioned ssr that are very different to each other...
where do i report a bug? i found a small one

@WYXkk Equivalent as in "If this faction has 2 SSRs, then I'll assume other factions also have 2 SSRs." "If this faction has a skill-enhancing card, then other factions also have one."

for clarity: water UR buffs the bulk energy gain per second, but nerfs burst time skip, which means the effects cancel out and all you really get is more non-burst energy per second while burst stays the same
This is certainly one of the predictions of the future I have seen
