comments for Immoral Attack
sort: go backUsing the command /welcomeback in the chat will get you 25x Auto Attacks for 3 months and $50 of credit to use in the Item Mall to customize your gameplay in your specific desires!
In our near 20 years of history, we've amassed a huge Item Mall of items that you can buy with Store Credit dropped from various beasts and mobs!
...i have immediate concerns upon reading this description i'm not gonna lie
Can't you atleast add a play as guest option or something?
developer response:
I'm happy to announce this is now possible! I hope you give us a look!
We wouldn't be able to save any progress or anything with that. It's an incredibly old game based on PHP and MySQL - using the Galaxy.click embedded login systems is the closest I could get to making that work for y'all. Sorry!
Due to login issues (which I'm working on); I've enabled a "Login with Galaxy" button on our website home page so you can play using your Galaxy.click account in the interim if you're affected by the "Not logged in" issue
developer response: DUE TO BROWSER UPDATES / DIFFERENCES / ODDITIES: YOU MAY NEED TO ENABLE 3RD PARTY COOKIES FOR THE GAME TO WORK IN THE IFRAME
I've seen a lot of bad UI layouts over the years, hell, I made most of them! But this... This is just...

The pallet scheme is burning my eyes while also hiding the useful information in the sea of dark. The fonts make the attributes (or what I can only assume are attributes) unreadable. The majority of the game window is a freaking chat box, and not something modern, but instead something from early 2000s. And these are just nitpicks.

The tombstone on top of this travesty is that there is nothing in the UI that would suggest how the game is played or what the heck any of this garbage mean. You have to either try random stuff with basically no context or read a freaking manual. And while I do enjoy games like "Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes" or "Tin Can", I do prefer my incrementals to at least teach me how the game is played though unfolding of its mechanics. For f's sake, Candybox did that all those years ago!

Add on top the need for authentication, the hints of micro-transactions, and the constant seizure-inducing refreshing between actions? 2 is too high for this game.
developer response: > but instead something from early 2000s
It is from the 2000s :D
from 2005~
It definitely feels like a quite old browser MMO, and certainly looks the part. This isn't to say that it's a dud or anything, but I think you definitely need to be ready to scratch your head when you play this a bit, even with the guide. I haven't bumped into any community members yet, and that's gonna be the thing that really makes or breaks any old-school MMO; if they're chill, then this might be worth sticking it out with.
the reason I got banned was because I accidentally double clicked the auto button
developer response: For the insight of others, it takes over a dozen refreshes to trigger the "refresh abuse" ban automatically. Our game offers Autoplay if you'd like to auto but otherwise we don't permit other forms of automating gameplay. I encourage you to get in touch via Discord, email, or even a PM here on Galaxy to get a second chance unban!
The fact that it is old does not make my points go away, it only makes it more damning that these problems haven't been fixed in all these years.
developer response: lol - thanks for your feedback, sorry it wasn't the game for you!
Another needlessly online and p2w trash game. Stay away if you value you time, money or basic human dignity. If a dev asks for basic convivence features to be unlocked with cash only - then dev want your money, not your enjoyment. Play at your own risk
developer response: Galaxy.click players are not allowed to spend real world money and the Item Mall does not allow you to submit any form of payment.
Thanks for your feedback - I'd encourage you to learn before broadcasting misinformation.
honestly good for a 20 year old game, also why is it hidden ?
nvm I got banned because I was lagging ffs
developer response: You're welcome to contact me on Discord or via email for follow up on that. Our ban message you were triggered for is for "refresh abuse" which while unlikely to happen by accident (hasn't in 20 years); we'd be willing to offer another chance!
Judging by the name, I was thinking it was some kind of social spying/detective game, but it turns out it's an old mmorpg with required login. I'm sorry, but no, that's too sus for me.
I suspect getting the completed check for this one is going to be... um... oh no...
Using Chrome 134.0.6998.178 (Official Build) (64-bit). Specifically enabled third party cookies and still got the same issue. Also looked at site-specific permissions and explicitly enabled both galaxy.click and immoralattack.com to have third party cookie permissions, but that did not resolve the issue. So there's more to it than just 3rd party cookie enablement. This seems like it's going to be a PITA to troubleshoot and I wish you the best of luck.
developer response: Thank you! It's a fun battle and I'm doing all I can to try making it all work together. I greatly appreciate the detailed information, it really helps!
Oh, after opening original, logging in with Galaxy on the home page and THEN coming back to play here, it works flawlessly.
If I have to login, it's not a game I want to play. No thank you.
Good game till I got banned for clicking too hard
developer response: Hey Bob! That's rough; I'm not exactly sure which ban reason you got hit by as I wasn't around, but if you'd like to join us again - we're happy to offer a second chance unban! Please reach out via Discord, Email, or Galaxy PM to request one :)
Thanks for coming by!
Can you share what browser you are using when this happened? I had to overcome a variety of browser quirks and may not have caught them all!
my browser uses chromium
same not logged in message as multiple others. agree with stoj considering you said galaxy handled the login but obviously doesnt
if i accept the auth request, i just get a white screen with "you are not logged in"
if i don't, i stay on the loading screen
oh i have to open the original

the dev... very much has though? they have gone out of their way to implement a feature that has never been used before on galaxy, and i've exchanged several long messages with them to get a lot of weird behavior ironed out of a twenty-year old game so that it works in the modern context of this website.
the game was verified because from my testing the login worked. give these things some time, don't assume the worst in people.
