I really wish I understood fishing more. How do I get Maroon Whales? How does the cursed lure work? Are there certain lures and baits that help get 250 empty potion bottles? Is everything just RNG? I would appreciate more explanation or a better tutorial of what I'm supposed to be doing.

Also, does clicking enemies in the dungeons actually kill them faster or is that just a placebo effect?

Losing your whole fish inventory on evolve is harsher the more you play. Started a few days ago and now that evolve 5 is ready I need to wait to do it despite having the popcorn for the cost. Still need 34 empty bottles for the 250 upgrade and need 3 spirit axoloti for my first lure. Even just keeping 3-10 fish stacks on evolve would greatly improve this.

Love the game, but I feel like I hit a REALLY hard wall while trying to clear level 3. I can clear most of level 3, but Anubis 1-shots me. Farming mobs to get skill points/equipment is terribly slow. I've got basically every upgrade I can buy aside from 2 or 3 fishing related ones. I've got all of the gold popcorn upgrades. I've maxed out my twigs/wood upgrades. Sitting at 640 T seeds, and that is taking forever to climb. I'm either missing something or I've hit a really, really hard wall. Other than that, this is REALLY well done! Can't wait to get it on Steam.

edit: I'm also not catching ANY shiny fish. Like, literally none. I got the one during the aquarium intro, but other than that, I've seen absolutely zero shiny fish. Is this intended? Or am I doing something wrong?

game doesn't load anymore, reset tab and computer. I just get a black screen when booting it up.

Been enjoying this quite a bit! Would be nice if you could make the text much more readable on the upgrades when zoomed out. Not a deal-breaker by any means, that's just my only real recommendation.

Yo i'm having trouble clearing floor 5, it's literally taking forever. I have my fishing index and aquarium maxed (except for a few legendaries and shiny's) and I've tried different builds different artifact combos nothings working. I've taken too sitting with my game open 24/7 and using skill point fish buffs as well and skill point artifact buffs but it's still not enough. Please help.

I wish there was a speed up button for sparrow exp gain. it feels boring to do nothing but still having to pay attention to the seed drain.

birb is peak

The game seems to be offline here on galaxy for a moment. It looks like itch timed it out because of too many accesses through the embedded version or something like that. Looking into it!

This is quite fun. Although, when the nest becomes available, I have to stay on screen in order to hover and collect twigs, is it possible to just do the same as with the seeds page and park the birb in a little forest so i can tab out again?
