Some parts of the game are a bit frustrating, you don't know if you're waiting for more resources so a new machine shows up in the shop, or if you need to find a combination, but you haven't clicked on all inputs of all machines with all resources yet (There should be some visual indication of valid machine inputs when you're holding something). I'm currently stuck after unlocking lava, no idea how to get essence or glass (presumably from sand, but how to get it?). Stone dust currently seems useless. I've tried as far as mixing a bunch of resources in an InputMerger, but that just makes a messy mix in the output, without any reactions creating something new.

One of the best resource management games I've ever played. Simple mechanics, but requires thinking and planning to be optimal.
If I had to nitpicki the starting prices are a bit high. Other than that, a very fun and short (for a incremental) game to play.

Can't find a wiki or guide? I made this to help during my gameplay: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zoQBoqXbLfJgfii0dnMCbgdITl0olVtMji8lV3PM2xg/edit?usp=sharing

Yea I was liking this game overall but two things I wish. One is that we could get more shovellers/cisterns and such, mainly for organizing. The other thing is that I feel completely stuck. It is confusing trying to figure out how to continue further.

Very satisfying! My only real issue with this was the ending; it felt very sudden, I was expecting to need more elixir than just 0.1 and I was preparing to fill the output all up when I accidentally triggered the ending lol. Maybe make it an upgrade instead? I was also having glitches with my cursor being stuck dragging the screen but it's probably because of my chromebook. It was very enjoyable watching the machines fill up 10/10

developer response: Made ending an upgrade, thanks

The cursor being stuck is unfortunately just a quirk of the browser not detecting events that happen out-of-focus. This is not fixable and a lot of browser games tend to have this bug

Great game!

The only bug I came across was still having elixir available on my cursor during the end cut scene.

developer response: That was sort of intended to play into the idea that the alchemist became so obsessed with elixir that they kept holding onto it even in the afterlife

I would add this as an edit, but: I was able to finish the game by clicking around where I remembered the "drink the elixer" upgrade was

Overall an extremely good game, although I was a bit confused but I found my way around. Extremely worth a play!

Weird when they tag a game as idle and the first hour is just you having to aggressively perform actions to get blood from a stone

Excellent game. I would have played days of more content using the same mechanics.
The setting up of production lines like this without having to worry about lots of other things like other "factory" games is very neat. Scratches a very particular itch of mine.

It can feel a bit confusing at times but the hint options are really helpful if you get stuck :)

Just finished the game.
Its really fun! Some parts could be slightly rebalanced since they get tedious, but overall, VERY solid game. Wish there was more content.

Fun game but I keep getting a bug where an upgrade will require 0.02 of a resource when I try to input a decimal amount.

developer response: can you send the save in discord and provide a clearer description of the bug? Thanks

The beginning slowly drew me in, and the middle enrapt me with its pacing. I could fiddle with the steam engine(s) all day. Ultimately, I couldn't grind it out past machine 39/elixir.

Pre-elixir felt like a complete experience; there were active elements, but I could also throw up a sorter for extra storage and walk away. The need to idle and that there wasn't some control over the bonus it enabled wore me down. Open the browser window? Better get mixing, peasant. The pre-elixir component shuffle annoyed me in its preparation, and how I couldn't solve it through idling due to component costs. When the PowerPoint commands riddled the screen, I decided to call it an afternoon - an enjoyable one.

I'd recommend getting your Easy Bake Alchemy to Lava before cleaning up for the day.
