Is it just me or are the prestige buffs for workers just additive to the buffs you can buy at their workplaces? I'm not 100% sure, but it feels like it.
If they ARE just additive that makes prestiging feel kinda lacking. Like it barely actually helps with getting back up to speed.

developer response: Yes the first row of prestige is very basic, so the pacing is still fine and not going too fast :D But I will work on it with further updates :)

Came back to the game today due to the update (already completed). For some reason, the screen would not stop shaking like crazy. Thought you should know

developer response: So the bug is still not fixed... It is so strange that some people have the camera shake, while others and me included have no issues at all. I try to look into the code again. Might be something with the browser or maybe going fullscreen at the bottom left or in the ingame settings might help? Maybe you can confirm. I'm sorry :/

I Enjoyed playing trough it, at the moment it feels like some of the upgrades dont work well together or arent really usefull to upgrade, like with faith for example there is not much you can use it for,, yet.

The graphics are cute but it's a little bit unclear sometimes which things are clickable and which things are props, even with the outline button feature.

i feel like there is a lot of fun potential here even thought the concept reminds me of a handful of other games

developer response: Hey thank you for playing!
Yeah there are still some systems that need more work. At the moment every ressource at least can be used (for example faith can be used in the academy to still upgrade the priest units)

For the graphics I'm preparing a patch today or tomorrow to hopefully fix that issue!

the game is pretty good, only issue is that on lower end devices (like mine) the lag can become so bad that the camera starts teleporting all over the place making it impossible to do anything (also a potencial epilepsy hazard due to the fact i am constantly switching from seeing the different colored areas

developer response: Hey thank you for playing! Yeah I tried to fix some of the lags caused mostly by the music and trying to load everything beforehand, but unfortunately it is a bit the nature of web builds. Sometimes it is kinda tricky to optimize it. The finished game for windows etc. should run much smoother, but hopefully it was / is still somewhat playable for you on the web still :D

the url screams wysi

developer response: i don't know what wysi means :o Is something wrong?
Edit: it is the 727 and it is an osu meme apparently :D

Upon trying to load into a new game this hard-locked my laptop for a good 30 seconds while trying to load assets stuck at 92%. Eventually it loads, but that is not cool and something is seriously broken here.

developer response: yeah I feel you. The project gets bigger and bigger and the first load on web can take up to 10-15 seconds. Just doesn't feel good and heavily depending on the device of the player. I will look into more optimization for web. sorry :/

Cute game though I worry how it'll perform when the map is much wider since I'm already getting a little lag despite the minimalist graphics.

Sometimes the click and hold doesn't seem responsive and you need a few tries to get the area to begin generating. There's also a pretty horrendous bug with the screen shake. I don't understand how it occurred but I think pressing "WASD" with "Right Click Drag" somehow caused the screen shake acceleration to be uncapped. Each time I would move the camera from then on, the screen would shake more and more to the point where it would just bounce up and down impossibly fast making the game somewhat unplayable. Unfortunately reload did not fix this issue. I'd personally consider disabling screen shake or giving a toggle to do so until the bug is fixed.

Besides that it would be a neat sort of game similar to similar text based concepts.

developer response: Thanks for playing!
Yeah the minimal lag occures because of the music switches in web. I think I will remove in the next update and just offer some music variation in a different way. Just need to figure out how I want to implement it.

This Screen Shake Bug is new to me! :o Because I haven't implement any screen shake on purpose. The only code I added is the camera moving part. Strange...

Doesn't load past 92%

developer response: Reload and try again? In the web version it freezes around 92% and after a couple a second it should work. At least for my and the people who tested it so far :/ Because the game loads all at once and sometimes it's not loading completely

Like some of the previous comments say, the game starts jumping all over the place in a loop after load, so it's impossible to play.

developer response: On what browser are you playing? it is so strange... I need someone who can try out the new code changes, so I can actually see if it is working or not. When I play on my firefox browser, everything works normally :/

I feel like the waterwheel's totem buffs are in a somewhat dubious spot. Most likely I feel this way because there's an upgrade to increase wood gain by 10%, but this raises the cost of all totem upgrades by 20%. Plus the increase is linear while the cost is multiplicative.
It may well be perfectly balanced overall, but it kinda feels off to me.

developer response: There still must be done a lot of balancing once it goes more and more into full release 1.0. So yeah - your point is valid. It just so the player has to decide in what to invest. Maybe in more wood production, so down the line you profit more compared to the cost you spent and so on :D

The infinite camera movement bug had been resolved, it seems (worked for me, at least).
The game itself seems to be quite sluggish, sometimes it feels like 2 fps.

developer response: Thanks for conforming that the camera bug is finally solved!
The web version is definitely a little big laggier since I'll add more and more content to it, but in my case also a bit depending where I play it. Here on Galaxy it is working a little worse than for example on itch, but overall it is fine enough. Nevertheless I started already with some optimization, but still a lot I have to do...

navigation/UI is just very weirdly tedious.

i'm not sure what the fix is though. i'd say the clickable buildings should pop against the background a little more. the quick access strip on the left and the resource income per building summary in the lower right both need to go. they're both clutter.

oh ya.. and the way you can't click and drag to move across the terrain should be fixed.

also mousing over buildings and then mousing over to buy things is a mistake. you sohuld click the building which should bring up a UI that you then interact with and manually close with [ESC] or clicking an x.

i think all these changes would make gameplay much more pleasant.

developer response: Hey thanks for the feedback! Greatly appreciate it!

In an earlier version the clickable buildings had a strong black outline, but then they don't look fitting anymore. But yeah maybe I can find some additional solutions to make it easier to see.
For the UIs: I can actually add some options in settings to turn them off/on completely. good suggestions!

you can move across the terrain with holding right click or do you also experience the camera shake bug?

hmm never thought about it. I think it is a design choice, but I should try it with clicking on the building first to get also access to the UI.
