As a speed typer, the current gameplay design of this game is completely working against what audiences of typing games want: not only are number of available letters on the screen (nodes) wildly different, but there are 0 lookaheads on every node. It turns the whole typing loop into a reaction fest where you try to react to the new letter rather than typing group letters in sequence to speed it up. This kills the skill expression of the game.

Enjoyed how the upgrade system was a bit more of a classic style than a skill tree. Maybe future classes can have nodes with multiple letters that form psuedo words (such as "cat", "fri", "box").

One time I made it to 100% and died on the same frame. Apparently if you die on the same turn you complete the class, the death takes priority...hmmm..oh well, more material for me before the next class makes my life a living hell lol

Also, a note on the galaxy.click filter (yes that's a thing, saved my eyes a lot of trouble), can you add something like it to the actual game? I had to turn up the brightness on the game to see better and being able to do that without making the rest of the screen burn my eyes was a lifesaver. Also, I love how the game looks with the 175° hue shift.

I think the "best clear time" system can be improved because it's too easy too be used

For example:
First time,my time is 1m. Second time,59s. Third time,58s. etc.
I can get intel quickly(1 intel/12s or more) by this way.

But I have a better way to fix that:
Set an initialize value for the best clear time:15m,and every improve for 30s will get a intel.

Single letters is fine, but it feels inorganic. Attacks requiring full words would be more akin to just a typing game (for better or for worse) but would also be way more fun. Having no "flow" by not having letters/words to look ahead of you results in stilted play, and perhaps ironically something like 6x the typos that would normally occur!

Interesting game, quite entertaining. I do however frequently run into a bug, it keeps throwing a key at me that I can't use, Ä. I have a Norwegian keyboard, so it might want me to press Å, which I do have, but that does not work. Going back a and fort between nodes resets the letter, that works as a workaround, but nothing seems to really work as the correct button when it demands Ä.

developer response: There are upgrades planned for the pet. :) I agree in its current state it's pretty basic.

nice game so far, though not being able to accidentally downgrade your damage would be some nice qol (even as an optional toggle in the settings)

developer response: Thanks for playing and for the feedback! I think I'll make the player click the button an additional time to confirm the downgrade (that way the player would still have that "oops" moment but will not be punished directly).

i lost all my progress after reload(

developer response: I'm so sorry, I should have made that clearer. There was no save system in the test build. I've just published a new, more polished version with an autosave system, so hopefully that shouldn't be a problem from now on.

well for a typing game its fine i guess. although i disliked the pet since stuff ran out so fast and i had to spam click on him all the time. also finished the demo since ran into a bug where stamina got stuck at like last tick and i could just clear all i wanted. might been since cleared a node while it was running out at the same time or something~

developer response: Thank you for the feedback! I'm aware of the stamina bug, and I'm planning on publishing a fix for it tonight. Update: should be fixed now.

needs an option to recalibrate keyboard badly, cant play the game properly because i calibrated in the wrong language which i dont have touch-type memory for

developer response: Thank you for the feedback, I'll put that on my list. You can just reload the game and calibrate again in the meantime, your progress should be auto saved.
