the time your first post in this thread was created determines how often you can post here

the 1st and 2nd unique posters can post on every 2nd post, the 3rd and 4th unique posters can post on every 3rd post, the 5th and 6th unique posters can post on every 4th post, etc. (i am the 1st unique poster)
formula: ceil(0.5(ordinal of unique poster))+1=minimum post interval (ceil is the ceiling or round-up function)

examples: ceil(0.5(7th unique poster))+1=can post on every 5th post
ceil(0.5(16th unique poster))+1=can post on every 9th post (notice that whole numbers are not rounded by ceiling function)

if you wait longer than you have to before posting, you will still have to wait for the minimum time until your next post, so this isn't like a credit-building system where you can lay dormant for a long time and then expend your accumulated allowed posts all at once

violating or deleted messages are not canon, otherwise this is just another chatroom

example: someone is the 5th unique poster. they have to see at least 3 posts by other people before they can post again, no matter the intervals of their previous posts
