Fixed an issue where Tier 8 enemy damage could scale to absurd, game-breaking values on very high lifetime kill counts.

T8 Scaling is now soft-capped, preventing runaway growth at extreme kill totals, it's also WAY lower on damage and a tiny bit higher on HP

Buffed some of the T8 gear rewards

Ok so auto scribing was more work than I realized so I'm putting that off but I haven't forgotten about it, same thing with the occasional Next Enemy in an arena or hunt mode the status effects bleeding through from the previous enemy (honestly I'm not even sure I hate that for reasons but I should probably fix it)
As usual the day got away from me so there might be more changes than listed below

Converted all images to webp from png
Fixed bug where poison trap from Suffield wasn't actually applying damage, this application of poison should probably be changed long term to a persistent trap version of poison still cured by antidote as it's currently an odd one of a kind status effect now
