- Tinkerer's Gamble ability has been reworked. It now has a chance to not use any item if the player has empty item slots.
- Relics have been added. These are one-time use items that have powerful effects! (Observer Blood is now a relic too)

Debug Update 0.4.5 June 5, 2026
!!! ATTENTION !!! In my quest to fix the random freezes I’ve added a debug string to the bottom of the screen. If anyone’s game freezes, kindly let me know what that text reads (It should be several letters) so I can narrow down exactly where the freeze is happening! Thanks!

This update refactors some of the main game code to make the game significantly better performance-wise and hopefully addresses some crashes!
Next update will focus on greatly expanding the number of possible encounters!
Graphic Rework 0.4.0 June 2, 2026
This update reworks the graphical style of the game from the previous terminal-focused style to a more scroll-based style!
I tried my best to make sure all the text and icons remained legible with the color changes, but let me know if I missed something!
Hotfix V0.3.0 June 1, 2026
This update just tweaks a bit of the interface to make text larger and more accessibly.
It also enables more detailed descriptions for racial feats and class skills during character creation.
This is mainly a preparation update for some upcoming graphical reworks
Balancing Update 0.2.0 May 27, 2026
This update focuses on some balancing tweaks. I also enabled game chat for y'all to discuss strategy/bugs/synergies/etc.
Feat Changes:
- Removed Sundered status
- Crippling now reduces enemy abilities by 2
- Armor Breaker now reduces the highest enemy ability by 1 if targeting the highest ability
- Fixed Miracle Shot not triggering Unsatiable
Weapon Changes:
- Weapons with Sunder now reduce enemy abilities by 1 per hit (To a minimum of 10)
- Cut Mythic weapon chance in half
- Pristine weapons now require 16 ability
- Legendary weapons now require 24 ability
- Mythic weapons now require 32 ability
- Changed Mythic damage dice from 4 to 3
Gameplay Changes:
- Reworked initial menu
- Lowered difficulty of skill checks
- Fixed a formatting error in one of the story excerpts
