Weird softcap, setting back the progress (instead of just making it increase slower) after the threshold is hit.
this game is great! reality 1 was a blast to get through, the sun/solar system challenges were unique, if not just a titch repetitive. often times resources generated a bit slowly for my liking, but considering I play this in school anyways, there's plenty of idle time.
reality 2 is Not Fun. maybe i'm just missing something so far, but I'm at dark matter and this is just... a slog. both of the previous features of unstable rocket fuel and galaxies have been reduced to fully idle, money gain became useless the moment I got a lot of it, dark matter upgrades scale too slowly and their costs too quickly, and it just.. isn't fun? :7
The X milestone for keeping Rocket milestones doesn't seem to be working.

The way resource soft-capping is handled is mildly frustrating. Instead of the gains above the threshold being soft-capped, all of your gains upon prestige is soft-capped when your resource hits the threshold once. It arguably being the worse way to soft-cap (due to the player being able to sit below the threshold benefit from the un-capped formula) aside, this creates the "strat" once passive gain is involved, you are incentivized to prestige once your resource is very close to the soft-cap threshold, because the gain from doing this is significant enough that it would save minutes of your gain being absolutely hammered. And also because this is significant enough, it creates frustration when failed than if this wasn't possible in the first place.

Some of the layer 3 upgrades and milestones seem to be broken. Ones in particular I noticed were the 75 comets milestone (didn't reveal a space upgrade, though the icon started glowing), 999k space distance milestone (didn't affect either comets nor asteroids income). I may be wrong, but it felt like many of the other multiplicative income milestones for various resources weren't working, either.

developer response: what text, and maybe changing your theme could help.
his is just a general design thing, but you should never have similar tones as text and background. Star is basically unreadable since it's yellow on yellow, and it's not consistent with the rest of the tree since everything else is black text on background tones. Also, money needs to be a contrasting color to the default theme, maybe green on purple or just black text. In general though, anything that makes legibility difficult should be modified.
Sidenote, is there a way to automate astronaut upgrades? having an extra 10 button clicks for every challenge gets a little tedious.
