Super Prestige automatically Prestiges when you have obtained 42, requiring less time to do so after each Super Prestige. It also--when you have no Prestige--provides point gain equal to if you had 1 Prestige. Its third benefit that I have been able to find is that it increases the speed at which you earn points from Prestige.
