developer response: I've personally been waiting for months for a new 2-headed snake drop just to unlock dimensions, 3h wait for a 0.5% this is rough
developer response: Artifacts have not been nerfed at all, I believe that hell mode is mainly gonna be reasonable because of getting lots of artifacts over time. It's just that getting stats is slightly worse, the scaling for rewards based on kills has been nerfed and each consecutive kill scales x3 in stats rather than x2
