Honestly quite the fun game. I think most of the ratings are about not being able to play the game? I think I played it close to the end, I was missing some explanations about e.g. Weight, but it seems like a nice intricate loot idle rpg. I would love some more ways of actually testing builds as for me it seems there were too many variables and just clicking "suggest" was the option. Leaving it over night with auto deploy seems to kinda defeat the purpose of the scrap stuff. I can see this being a lot of fun with maybe some specific boss challenges where you need to build a good strategy. For me just stacking scrap and clicking random buttons seems to have worked too.
And you can steal equipment when re-rolling, not sure if intended. I did not find any use for the Armory, it all seems so weak. And being able to remove adventures from a long trip would be great as otherwise I have to wait till they die so I can deploy my strong warrior.
I had to refresh a couple times but made it past the error message (although if you could fix it outright that would be nice) and I've played for an hour and a half or so and I gotta say: Incredibly charming gameplay loop, feels grind-y but in the best way, all the things that slow progression that I've encountered so far have upgrades to speed them up. Really enjoying this, I love a loot-based idle game. If you could work out some of the issues on launch I think you could have something really good here
