description

A tiny ritual-management incremental game where you will guide Barbus (who will chop) and Dodus (who will fetch) to feed an Altar and pursue a single goal: unlocking the magical pickaxe, the only tool that can take them beyond the Mountain. Recruit, upgrade your workers, and even the forest itself to gather enough wood each day and complete your task.

This game is a small demo version of my next game Valehands, planned for Steam release in 2026!

Very atmospheric and cozy. I missed being able to light the ritual fire in the evening after it was maxed! Love this dev's handcrafted feel, looking forward to more.

Fun, short game. Gets a little laggy at night when all the trees are respawning with the upgrades, though. Also, the giant log piles are satisfying to watch.

Bought two upgrades, stepped away for dinner, and came back to enough logs to complete the demo. Not really much of an opportunity to make an informed opinion about the game.
